DoubleClick Confirms Plan to Buy Falk
DoubleClick has issued a press release on its planned acquisition of Falk eSolutions, a story we broke late last week. Not surprisingly, the DoubleClick brand will reign supreme, and all clients will migrate to DART. Also, Falk CEO Thomas Falk will be president of DoubleClick EMEA.
