Keeping Them On The Google Farm When The Millions Have Gone
Google's got a tough problem. Now that hundreds of its employees are struck new found wealth, keeping them around is going to be a lot harder, as covered before. After all, the new hires aren't going to be getting rich off an IPO that's already happened. Solution? One appears to be a new Founders' Awards program that can be worth millions to Google employees who've been deemed to do outstanding work.
