Google Scholar Launches
Google's released a new Google Scholar site that provide easy access to searching for academic information. Today's SearchDay looks at the new program, and there are a number of other articles and resources about it. Here's a rundown so far:

Resourceshelf gives is a review by Gary and Shirl Kennedy via ResourceShelf.
- Google Plans New Service for Scientists and Scholars from the New York Times is an overview of the
service and touches on future speculation about ads appearing on it. Currently, they do not.
- Google launches search for scholars is a thread in our forums where the program can be discussed.
