YouTube App for Windows Mobile and Symbian S60 Adds More Languages

YouTube has added five languages to its application for Windows Mobile and Symbian S60 phones. The new languages are:

  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Polish
  • Russian
  • Swedish
  • Czech

This brings the total languages supported by the YouTube mobile application to 12. The other 7 are US English, French, UK English, Italian, Spanish, German, and Dutch.

I look forward to the day when language translation is seamless.

I also look forward to the day when I speak 5 languages, and that translation between them in my brain is seamless.

Thanks for posting about this. It's amazing how fast the world is moving forward on translation and making content accessible to all languages from all media.
