Author Search Enabled on Google News

If you have a favorite journalist, you can now search their name on Google News. There are three ways you can do this:

1. Type in "author:" followed by the name.

2. Use the Advanced Search option in Google News.

3. Click the link associated with a name featured in Google News search results.

How do Google find the author details though?

This looks like another good feature that Google have added and a good idea for people who want to find articles by a certain author.
