Shoemoney Suing Google Employee for Breaching Google's T&Cs?
Seems Jeremy Shoemaker aka Shoemoney is suing someone who is being allowed to advertise on Google for his trademarked term - a Google T&C no no - and according to TechCrunch, the person may be a Google employee.
In the past Google AdWords reps were encouraged and given money to use the system so they would better know their clients questions. Hopefully, this was not the money being used.
Jeremy had tried through Cease and Desist letters and had to get a court order to get the name of the person violating his trademark, TechCrunch reported. Google did not comment and the person has yet to come forward to comment.

The scary part is that Google reps are always going into accounts without permission. I get emails or calls all the time saying they did. I know Google "owns" the accounts, but just like a bank, I wouldnt want a bank teller calling me up and saying "hey, I went into your bank account and looked at it and this is what I think you should do with all your money." Fine to ask me first, then go in it with permission.
On top of all of that, google affiliate network is making it mandatory for you to merge into a single login Google Account with your gmail, adwords, analytics... so these reps will now have 100% access to all of your merchants, stats and terms that are generating revenue.
