Google Experiments with Search "Wonder Wheel"
Over at Google Blogoscoped, Tony Ruscoe & Philipp Lenssen have uncovered a Google Experiment called the "Wonder Wheel." The experiment shows related searches. Ruscoe and Lenssen offered up screenshots using the search term "comic books."

Wonder Wheel is reminiscent of the concept (though not the visual implementation) behind Quintura.

Hmmmmm. As a database schematics freak, this is awesome! Wondering, though if searchers will use it and standing by for more info. Thanks for bringing the news!

Looks like a fantastic idea and I'm sure it will catch on eventually. I think it's a good way of displaying the search results and it looks nicer.
Thanks for the information.

Indeed the best tool by Google lately.
The question now is, will it be THE searching tool for the near future ?
What do you think ?

My local library already has this on their content management system. What's the big deal?

What a fantastic tool.
My site is a public speaking site, but what areas should I break my site into?
Using Google Wonder Wheel I can see at a glance what the main areas are... public speaking topics, fear of public speaking etc. Makes it easy to decide what to aim for.
Plus you can even look at the sub divisions of each area.
Brilliant, brilliant tool.

Seems Google is just playing with things trying to get back that fluffy bunny feel
