I definitely agree with these facts. Most of the times, SEO's spend most of their time checking for statistics related to SEO such as checking pagerank, search engine results page, number of visitors, competitors and so on...

We could really say that these acts can be considered addictions which should be checked out by SEO's. As search engine optimizers, we have to at least adopt good time/work management and from time to time forget about SEO.
