FirstGov Switches to Vivisimo & MSN
FirstGov, the official U.S. government information and services portal, will soon be powered by Vivisimo and MSN Search. Since 2002, FirstGov has been powered by Norway's FAST, but the switch was apparently made not to get homegrown technology but rather because the new deal provides more services at less cost.
