Online researchers might be interested to learn that CNN is now providing free access to video clips.
You can browse clips on this page. You can also browse and search (metadata) here. Video clips are available for seven days after publication. According to Media Post, the video clips are sponsored by Chase and General Motors. The article also points out that sometime this fall CNN will offer a subscription service that provides archived material and multiple live video streams.
