Google Registers New Domains

Google Watchers out there might be interested to learn that the folks at 1600 Amphitheater Drive in Mountain View have registered a bunch of domain names this month.

In some cases, a company will register a domain(s) to simply keep it out of circulation. However, new domain registrations can sometimes provide early notice of new services and tools. After reviewing the list I began wondering if Google might be thinking about offering some type of Internet/web access services in the future. It's just my speculation and I'm sure some of you might "see" other future services in the list. Let the speculation begin! (-:
