Blinkx Makes More Audio Content Searchable

I figured one post about multimedia search today deserved another.

Just up on the BlinkxTV site is news that this multimedia search tool now allows you to keyword search content from Live365, a massive web-based streaming radio network.

...radio listeners will be able to tune into tracks and programming from their favourite artists and disk jockeys via www.blinkx.tv. By entering names of tracks, programmes or even artists into the search box, blinkx.tv users will be linked straight to matching radio content from Live365.

This is the fourth radio network that BlinkxTV allows you to keyword search content from. They also provide access to material from National Public Radio, BBC, and the Voice of America. Of course, BlinkxTV also offers access to many more video content providers.
